Specific Gifts

Many people choose to give away specific gifts in their Wills. These need to be described carefully so that there can be no doubt about what it is that is to be given.

The Residue

Once specific gifts have been given, the balance of the Estate is called the Residue. You need to decide to whom the residue will go and in what proportions or shares.
