A brief introduction

The Hertfordshire Will Company was established in December 2001. We offer a complete Will Writing service and are members of the Society of Will Writers and The Institute of Professional Will Writers and adhere to their charters, a copy of which is available on request.

How we make your Will

The process is very simple. A convenient appointment is made and your instructions are taken. A draft is sent for amendment and approval. Once the drafts are returned, the complete Wills will be delivered within fifteen working days. During the meeting, any questions will of course be answered, and any advice necessary will be given. You are under no obligation to purchase any other services recommended further to the Will.

Support services

As a Which? Trusted Trader we have a range of support services available to us and our customers. One of these services is access to an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) service, which enables our customers to seek an impartial review of a complaint in the unlikely event that we are unable to resolve it between ourselves.
